Great material for beginners and applications which require acrylics. Very forgiving. Allows burnishing even the next day (not recommended). Being an acrylic, it's nowhere near as translucent as the lime-based materials, but it's still really incredible to work with and produces amazing very realistic-looking marble backsplashes and accent walls. If you must use acrylic mediums and colorants, and go where pH balance must be neutral, there's really no better acrylic plaster in the world without custom-mixing one to exact specifications. San Marco did not hold back on anything. The black is loaded with pigment and burnishes to an absolute black glass surface! The white is very neutral (titanium oxide) and tints to a natural warm white for marble imitation extremely easily. The color range of offered colors is sublime and very pretty tones. I am consistently finding colors in San Marco range that just don't exist anywhere else, and I've even been asked by clients to tint regular wall paint to match the plaster colors because they are such beautiful tones. If you need maximum "Venetian" look - Stucco Veneziano is the wrong product for you, but if you're a beginner or your project specifically calls for acrylic-based plaster, there really is nothing better on the market.
